I run this in my tuned Explorer ST. 3.0 twin turbo. I drive hard. I got about 6,200 miles since the last oil change. The engine oil sensor today say 8% oil life left. This is in combination with either a K&N oil cartridge or AFe cartridge. Can't remember off the top of my head. Either way I'm happy to get about 6,500 miles between changes. I probably would not go past 7k anyways. Regardless of what the sensor says. Not really sure how these sensors work in the first place. I have zero complaints with this oil. I did notice before with Royal Purple HPS oil, I had about a full quart of consumption between oil changes. This last run with this oil, I've only seen about a 1/2 of a quart consumed.
